Themes are a set of predefined formatting styles that you can apply to your documents to give them a consistent and professional appearance. - Open Microsoft Word: Launch Microsoft Word on your computer.
- Create or Open a Document: You can either create a new document or open an existing one that you want to apply a theme to.
- Access the “Design” Tab:
- In Word you’ll find the “Design” tab on the Ribbon at the top of the application window.
- Select a Theme:
- Click on the “Design” tab to access various theme options.

- Save Your Document:
- After applying and customizing the theme as desired, make sure to save your document to retain the theme settings.
