How to download and install XAMP on local server?
XAMP is a local server, just like a live server works, the local server also works. But the only difference is that the local server is only in the local computer and the live server is global. Which can be used from anywhere.
Step 1- First of all you have to download XAMP server from the internet so that XAMP can install WordPress on the server. For this, open a browser and search for XAMPP Download. After that click on this link.
Step 2- After visiting the official website of XAMP Server, you have to download XAMP Server. You can also download for windows, Linux, OS X from its website. If you are a windows user then click on windows and download it.
Step 3 – After XAMP is downloaded, you will see the setup of XAMP like this in your download folder. You have to install XAMP Complete by clicking on it.
After downloading, open it by double clicking it to install and click on next.
After this click on the next button again.
After this, you have to tell the path of installation that at which place in the computer you want to install this XAMPP.
